Objective
The student knows various contracts and contracting forms and documents as well as the procedures in competitive tendering. S/he knows the rental contracts for machinery, contracts for supplying goods and consulting contracts. The student knows how to draw up a minor works contract. The student knows the basics of pricing and tender calculation and to draw up a tender. The student knows the basics of procurement
Content
Oikeustoimilaki, urakkamuodot, urakkakilpailu, kustannuslaskenta, hankintojen organisointi, Yse 98, RYS-9, KSE, urakoinnin johtaminen, laatu.

Luennoilla osoitettava materiaali.
Teaching methods
Opintojakso toteutetaan kahdessa osassa. Ensimmäisessä osassa käydään läpi oikeustoimilaki ja muita sopimusoikeuteen liittyviä määräyksiä. Toisessa osassa perehdytään urakointin ja sopimustekniikkaan talotekniikan urakoinnin näkökulmasta.
