Your speech and writing are linguistically and stylistically accurate and culturally and contextually appropriate. You are aware of the factors that affect business communication and able to adjust your communication accordingly.

Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet

The final grade is determined by

continual assessment 20% (active participation in classroom work and submitting Moodle assignments on time),
written assignments compiled into a portfolio 40%, and
evidence-based assessment of spoken communication skills 40% (telephoning, negotiating and meeting skills).
