• You document nursing work structurally in accordance with the nursing process.
• You know how to justify your own actions and act responsibly as a member of a team.
• You understand the medication process in practice and implement patient medication supervised.
• You understand the importance of ergonomics and know how to act safely in the most common transfer and lifting situations.

Lähihoitajatutkinto, muu osaamisala (tai muu soveltuva sosiaali- ja terveysalan tutkinto) + yhden vuoden työkokemus sairaanhoidollisessa työssä
- Tutkinto- ja työtodistusten esittäminen sekä sairaanhoidollisen osaamisen kuvaus

Student workload

HARJOITTELUKOKONAISUUS: 8 op x 27h = 216h

Kokonaistunneista 216h vähennetään seuraavat tunnit:

Harjoittelun ennakkoinfo ja lähtöinfo 2h  
Siun soten info 2h 
Harjoittelun reflektio 4h 
Lukukauden kokoava näyttö 8h
Harjoittelussa tehtävä tuntimäärä 200 h (varattuja viikkoja 6 vko) 
Terveydenhoitajaopiskelijoilla harjoitteluun kuuluu Satumetsäsuunnittelua/toteutus 20 h
