Objective

After successfully completing the course, you can demonstrate your strategic mindset and ability to think strategically. You are able to build strategic decision-making. Moreover, you become skilled at formulating a winning strategy as well as the tools and principles needed to make effective strategic decisions.

Teaching methods

This course is about strategy in action. It aims to equip the students with essential know-how for formulating a winning strategy as well as tools and principles needed to make effective strategic decisions. During the course, the students will also have an opportunity to develop their strategic mindset and ability to think strategically and become skilled at asking smart questions to guide their strategic decision-making.

No previous knowledge is required.
