Objective

kick-off seminarsetting project stages, phases and milestonescollecting relevant data from different sourceslaunching and implementing a projectproject evaluationpresentation of the project outcomes in a seminarclosure: producing a written report

On completion of the course the successful student will be able to
- plan, implement and evaluate a small-scale research or development project on the topics related to diversity management
- work purposefully and effectively in a multicultural environment

- report the key findings or results in speech and writing

Inappropriate presentation and reflection of the topic of the project. Use of inappropriate or no references. Project process and outcome demonstrate no critical thinking, and/or do not follow assignment instructions.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

1 = Accepted/ Passed
Presentation and reflection of the topic of the project. Use of only some topical references. Project process and outcome demonstrate little critical thinking, although follow minimally assignment instructions.
2 = Satisfactory
Presentation and reflection of the topic of the project. Use of some topical references. Project process and outcome demonstrate a little critical thinking and follow assignment instructions.
