Objective

On completion of the course the successful student will be able toplan, implement and evaluate a small-scale research or development project on the topics related to diversity managementwork purposefully and effectively in a multicultural environmentinteract successfully in a multicultural environmentreport the key findings or results in speech and writing

Content

kick-off seminarsetting project stages, phases and milestonescollecting relevant data from different sourceslaunching and implementing a projectproject evaluationpresentation of the project outcomes in a seminarclosure: producing a written report

Teaching methods

On completion of the course the successful student will be able to
- plan, implement and evaluate a small-scale research or development project on the topics related to diversity management

- report the key findings or results in speech and writing
