Objective

The studentis able to evaluate the significance of labour legislation in conflict and change situations in a variety of work communities.is able to apply the most essential labour legislation to a variety of situations.is able to analyse the acquired knowledge in a critical way and prepare recommendations for remedying work-related flaws.
