Objective

You are able to introduce yourself in recruitment situations and produce a CV in Swedish. You can discuss, express your opinion and tell about your life and living environment, leisure activities, studying, work experiences and potential work. You use essential phrases when telephoning, providing information and guidance and when expressing politeness. You introduce a company or an association, its functions, results and profitability. You communicate in common customer service situations. You understand and interpret business communication and write basic business letters and emails. You know the characteristics of culture and business in the Nordic countries.

- Activation of basic vocabulary and structures of the Swedish language
- Everyday conversation skills
- Basic business vocabulary
- Current events and phenomena in the society and business
- Business correspondence: emails and letters, phone call exercises, negotiations, presentations and writing summaries, also self-studies
