Objective

The course examines trade as a workplace; trade security and risk management; department staff management and development as well as sales management.

The aim of the course is:
- The student is able to sell himself to the store for work
- The student manages the security and risks of trade
- The student is able to take over the work team of the sales department, emphasizing active sales
- The student is able to manage the sales of the trade department
