Content

Utilization of recorded information in multi-professional social and health services
Introduction to the concepts of management: information management, personnel management, remote management, quality management and change management
Knowledge management and themes:
- The citizen as a user and user of information
- Professionals and the service system as users and users of information
- Organization and data processing
Methods of data utilization, quality of service, continuity of care and service, statistics, research
Development of knowledge management and guidance locally and nationally

Opintojakson arviointi on Hyväksytty/Hylätty.
Opintojakson suorittaminen edellyttää kaikkien oppimistehtävien (keskustelut, testit, tentit) hyväksyttyä suorittamista. Hyväksytyn suorituksen raja on kaikissa testeissä ja tenteissä 50 %. Tenttejä voi yrittää 3 kertaa. Suorituskertojen väli on 3 päivää. Testeissä ei ole aika eikä suorituskerta rajoitetta.
