Content

You are able to apply the basic knowledge of social work and research-based approach to work to develop social work.You are able to create a plan for goal-oriented and theoretically reasonable development work.You are able to implement and evaluate R & D projects applying actual researched date of social sector.You are able to apply methods of social inclusion, information output and process management at the development work.You are able to evaluate and reflect development work and societal and regional influencescritically.You are able to inform different target groups about development work professionally and actively.You are able to analyze and reflect ethical principles in differents phases of the development work.Attention: In case you will meet the qualification requirements for posts and positions in day-care centres as teachers and educators of children under school age this practical training will be the advanced pedagogical training..
