Objective
You are able to communicate professionally to different audiences, in various business situations and through versatile means of communication, and in different channels. Your speech and writing are linguistically and stylistically accurate and culturally and contextually appropriate. You are aware of the factors that affect business communication and able to adjust your communication accordingly.

Materials
The course materials and assignments will be available in Moodle.
Teaching methods
The course includes workshops where spoken and written business communication will be practiced and evaluated.
Exam schedules
Students' skills in spoken and written business communication will be assessed in different assignments during the course. The student must submit evidence of his/her business communication skills by the end of the course. There will be another possibility for retake the course in May and another in late August.
Completion alternatives
The student who has the required skills that s/he has acquired through formal studies in a higher education institution or by working in a diverse workplace in international business can apply for RPL. Before submitting the application in Peppi, the student must contact the teacher in charge of the study unit.
