Objective
• Apply project management methods to adapt to the health impacts of climate change on the elderly.
• Engage the elderly in planning and implementing projects aimed at supporting their adaptation to the health impacts of climate change.
• Plan and implement projects together with other social and health sector workers and stakeholders to mitigate the health impacts of climate change on the elderly.
Content
Project management skills and participatory methods are in demand for projects related to climate change adaptation. As a project planner and/or manager, your role is to set the framework for successful implementation.
