Objective
You know how to plan, implement and evaluate goal-oriented group counselling in the field of social welfare services and/or early childhood education. You know how to take into account the needs of the group, various development stages, the duties of the instructor/counsellor and group dynamic phenomena when counselling groups. You can evaluate your own and the group’s activities.
You are able to apply theoretical knowledge in the planning, implementation and evaluation of practical training. You can utilize evaluation information/data when developing group activities and your own leadership.

Group activities as a contact or online implementation, group dynamic phenomena and the stages of group development, my role as a counsellor, planning, implementation and evaluation of activities.
