Objective

After completing the course, you will be able to:

- Define the key principles of professional interaction in the social and educational sectors, and identify different forms and levels of interaction in various situations.
- Describe the theoretical foundations of dialogicality, recognize the importance of dialogue in client work, and apply the principles of dialogical conversation.
- Understand the theoretical foundations of guidance, recognize its significance from the client’s perspective, and identify the specific characteristics of guidance in different situations and environments.

Content

In this course, you will explore professionalism and how it is reflected in interaction within the social and educational sectors.
Professional interaction is examined through theory and practical exercises, focusing on dialogicality, levels and forms of interaction, and the phases of the interaction process.

Additionally, the course introduces the theoretical foundations of guidance and the role of the professional as a guide, as well as the various situations and environments in which guidance can be implemented.
