Objective
Students learn to organise, implement and analyse international projects. They learn how to set targets and to use their communication skills and tools efficiently to reach the targets. They understand the skills needed to operate in international business and are able to practice them in the project. Students learn to think broadly about business opportunities and taking advantage of international opportunities in their own activities. Students are able to analyse and reflect on their own professional growth as well as how they were able to achieve the set targets.
Content
The student works in an international business environment and acquires information on the subject of the course. The student proactively carries out various projects related to international business degree and internationalisation of Karelia UAS. In these projects, students will understand the differences between cultures, build professional network and learn different ways of doing successful business. They will also learn about different ways of communicating effectively in the global business field as well as other means of interaction in order to build long-term customer and business partner relations.
