- you know how to make all the documents that are needed in job search
- you know how to recognize your skills and competences
- you know how to communicate your competences when applying for a job
- you understand the main parts of Finnish Labor legislation and know your rights as an employee in Finland

- Recognising your skills, competences and strengths
- Communicating your competences to recruiters
- Documents for job search (f.e. CV, videos, job application, portfolio)
- Practising for a job interview
- Getting to know the Finnish recruitment process as a whole
- Getting to know your rights and responsibilities (Finnish Labor legislation)
- Information, guidance, advice and support

Materials are provided by the teacher in Moodle.
Opetusmenetelmät
The course includes contact teaching, group work and independent study. This course will simulate and take the students through a typical Finnish recruitment process.

Lectures 20 hours (10 meetings)
Group work 10 hours
Job application documents and other assignments / independent work 24 hours
