Objective

- you are aware of the essential cultural factors that affect interpersonal communication and multicultural teamwork
- you know basics of intercultural communication
- you know principles of group dynamics and teamwork.
- you are able to adjust your speech and communication style, and accommodate your behaviour to converge with a multicultural group.

Content

- Experiential learning in workshops and pair and small-group assignments. The workshops require active attendance.
- A reflective learning diary (log) is required.

The student participates actively in workshops and contributes to group assignments.

The student demonstrates sufficient knowledge and understanding on the different factors involved in intercultural and interpersonal encounters and teamwork
