Objective

Learning outcomes:
- The student is able to identify his / her own professional development and is able to critically evaluate his / her competence by setting development goals
- The student is able to act in accordance with the working life practices in his / her studies almost like a professional
- The student is able to take care of the well-being of studies and understands its significance also for the study community
- The student is able to maintain motivation to study and, if necessary, ask for support in difficult times

- Preparing for a development discussion with your own teacher tutor
- Assessing one's own competence and making one's competence visible
- Marketing your own skills (CV, open application, LinkedIn, networking, social media)
- Preparing for interviews
- Arranging and actively participating in company visits or following guest lectures
- Establishing links with employers, industry and stakeholders
- Familiarization with recruitment methods and recruitment companies
