Objective
During the course you learn the key elements of successful project planning and you plan how to carry a project from an idea to the conclusion. You understand the process, techniques, methods and tools in leading and running projects effectively. You are able to create a project plan in a project team and work as an active member of a project team. You learn skills in managing projects professionally.

When something has to be done by someone within the constraints of time and budget, Project Management is needed.
