Objective
This course provides you with an overview of how to build a successful business with an international perspective. The course covers the elements of a profitable service business, and you learn to write a business plan together with your team. You also learn to crystallise the core of your business model with the Business Model Canvas and how to present it to interested parties. As you practice crystallising the core of your business, you will know how to use appropriate business terminology.
After completing this course, you are able to design and present a business model for a successful business. You know how to write a business plan. You are also able to assess the profitability of the business and evaluate potential risks and use relevant business terms.
