Objective

After completing the course, you will be able to read HVAC plans and be familiar with drawing markings, know the various instructions used in the field and the most common solutions and systems used in the field of legislation and building services engineering. After completing the course, you will also understand the effect of water and water vapor in the building and indoor air, as well as the effect of corrosion on the material.

Teaching methods

Opiskelija osaa lukea pää- ja työpiirustuksia ja tuntee piirustusmerkinnät. Opiskelija hallitsee erilaiset alalla käytettävät ohjeistukset ja lainsäädännön. Opiskelija tuntee talotekniikan alalla käytettävät ratkaisut ja järjestelmät. Opiskelija tuntee veden ja vesihöyryn vaikutuksen rakennuksessa ja sisäilmassa sekä korroosion vaikutuksen materiaaliin.
Opintojakson keskeinen sisältö on: Talotekniikka alan järjestelmät, piirustusmerkinnät ja alaa koskeva lainsäädäntö.

Student workload

Luennot ja harjoitukset yhteensä 55 h, itsenäiset lasku- ja suunnitteluharjoitukset 50 h, itsenäinen tiedonhankinta ja aineistoihin perehtyminen 30 h. Yhteensä 135 h
