Objective
After completing the study unit, you know the fields of communication in the construction industry. You are able to act with an appropriate manner in the communication and interaction situations of the work community and take part in purposeful discussions. You can give and utilize the feedback and assess your own communication skills. You are also able to report according to thesis instructions.
Content
The study unit includes:
- communication as a concept and the fields of communication in the construction industry, i.e. the internal and external communication of the company
- teamwork, meeting, negotiation and presentation
- reporting according to thesis instructions: revision and deepening
- assessment of communication skills.
