Objective
Lifestyle counselling has been found to have a positive effect on health and quality of life. Being aware of suggested practices in lifestyle counselling you will be able to motivate yourself and promote your own lifestyle changes.
After the course you will be able to:
- identify the value- and acceptance-based approach benefits and challenges
- identify the importance of addressing a lifestyle change
- know meaning of motivational support to the lifestyle change
- know baseline of different guidelines supporting the lifestyle change
- know service chain and process in the lifestyle counselling
Content
The lifestyle counselling increases the quality of life. The lifestyle counselling has been found to have positive effect on health and quality of life. In this course you will learn about values and acceptance approach. This is baseline to permanent lifestyle change.
