Objective

After completing the course, you will:
- Understand the principles of evidence-based management.
- Be able to search up-to-date evidence-based information and evaluate its quality and applicability in the working life.
- Be able to select appropriate methods for utilizing evidence-based knowledge in the development and management of working life practices.
- Be able to identify and reflect your own leadership style and set personal development goals.
- Be able to analyze and describe ethical conflicts related to the management of welfare services.
