You are able to analyze the factors contributing to the development of mental health and substance abuse issues

Content

Preventive mental health and substance abuse work aims to prevent the emergence of problems and improve quality of life. Knowing the actors, recommendations, and forms of preventive work supports you in finding new perspectives, directing your actions, and enhancing collaboration.

The topics of the course are

Identifying social and cultural factors affecting mental health and substance use
The premises, forms, and recommendations of preventive work
Recognizing signs of mental health disorders and substance use
Actors and approaches of preventive work

The course is intended for professionals in social and health care and related fields.
