Objective

A) Internship – 11 ECTS

- You are able to apply counseling and service coordination approaches in client processes involving older adults.
- You can assess the overall well-being, functional capacity, and service needs of older adults in relation to their individual resources, personal life, and ability to cope in their own environment.
- You are able to interpret RAI assessment data for the client, their close ones, and the multidisciplinary team.
- You can plan, implement, and evaluate support and service packages tailored to the needs of older adults in multidisciplinary collaboration.
- You are able to coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration and individualized service packages for older adults.
- You can act as a companion and support person for older adults throughout client processes in various operational environments.
- You are able to assess the need for assistive devices together with other professionals and support older adults in using them.
- You are able to document according to the structured documentation practices of social services.
- You can apply various care, support, rehabilitation, and technological solutions, as well as different elderly care methods, to promote the participation, agency, and well-being of older adults.
