Objective
The student is able to chart the current state of diversity management in one's own organisation and to draw up a plan for the development of diversity management in one's own organisation.is able to search for and select appropriate tools for implementing diversity management practices.is able to gain a deeper understanding of the different aspects of diversity management in one's own organisation.

Definition of the term diversity management, framework for diversity management, diversity management as part of the strategic planning and management in one's organisation, diversity management from the viewpoint of personnel strategy and personnel management, including both individual and work community aspects, diversity management with internal and external interest groups, diversity management as part of proactive management work, practical applications of and tools for diversity management.
