Objective
The student increases his/her knowledge on performance management, and understanding of factors and mechanisms affecting SME (small and medium enterprises) performance. The student develops his/her skills of strategic management and leadership, and will be able to analyze and develop the strategic management and leadership in practice.
Content
Foundations of SME performance. Success and failure. Firm growth, growth factors and growth strategies. Business models and business model innovation. Current issue in the field of performance management. Applying the theoretical aspects of performance management into practical business examples.

Classes 2.10.2025 at 8-12 am, and 6.11.2025 at 8-12 am.
