Objective
The student deepens his leadership skills in the selected management area. The student recognizes the development needs of their management skills and is able to apply deeper management skills in practice.
Content
The student will become acquainted with specific issues related to management, to be agreed with the responsible teacher. For the time being, the course will be completed by studying leadership and management literature and reflecting this literature to student's working life, life experience and experience in management.
