Location and time

Online via Moodle and in person at the Wärtsilä campus, from January to mid-April.

Materials

Recordings, articles, and lecture materials have been compiled on the Moodle platform. In addition, a few books from the list on Moodle must be read.

Teaching methods

The aim of the tourism marketing course is that after the course the student knows the key concepts, methods and measures of tourism marketing. In addition, the student understands how marketing is planned and monitored.

The teaching methods are online lectures (which include discussion and exercises), practice class with close friends, recordings, assignments and independent study.

Employer connections

Industry collaboration is implemented through the recordings and course assignments.

Student workload

The estimated student workload is approximately 135 hours.
