Objective
After successfully completing the course, you understand cultural dimensions that are involved in human interaction in international business contexts. You are aware of your own cultural identity, communication style, behaviour and underlying values, as well as those in your team. You are able to accommodate social and cultural diversity in multicultural teamwork.

The student participates actively in workshops and contributes to group assignments.
The learning diary discusses the course content and topics and includes the student's own ideas and reflection.
The student demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding on the different factors involved in intercultural and interpersonal encounters in an examtest.
