Objective
During the course, you will learn the key elements of team learning and understand the basic elements of entrepreneurship. This includes dialog skills, project planning, team building, networking and scheduling. You will have a team project that you will plan, schedule and execute during the course. You will also participate in tri-weekly dialog sessions. You will gain new perspectives and ideas to implement together with motivated like-minded people. You will also have the possibility to participate in other Business Academy (Y-akatemia) activities, where you are able to network and communicate with other students from a multidisciplinary background. You are able to reflect on your own team learning journey.

Teaching methods
In the course, the student gets to know the dialogic teaching method and you get skills for business development. The course consists of close meetings, assignments and organizing a seminar. The pedagogical method is team learning.
