Objective

On completion of the course you will be able to
- identify basic concepts and issues relating to culture and intercultural communication
- apply theories of intercultural communication into your own professional context
- pay attention to your own communication skills in working life
- analyse the role of intercultural communication competence as a professional skill in different work settings
