Objective

Student
- Identify key regulations related to both commercial and consumer trade, understanding their content and differences.
- Apply various aspects of commercial law and consumer protection law, including regulations related to consumer contracts, sale of goods, home and distance sales, as well as product liability and consumer safety.

Content

Regulation of business transactions involving companies and consumers, including provisions defined in commercial law and consumer protection law. Key legal concepts related to commercial transactions and consumer protection, particularly focusing on areas such as regulation of consumer contracts, rights and obligations of parties, sale of goods, home and dis-tance sales, consumer services, as well as product liability and consumer safety.
