Objective

The student is able to:
- Identify protective and risk factors for health and physical well-being
- Knows the areas of the child's physical well-being and their significance as part of the child's overall well-being
- Understands the importance of physical activity and a healthy diet in promoting children's health.
- Identify protective and risk factors affecting the child's well-being.
- Knows national recommendations related to the health and well-being of children and recognises their significance in practical work.
