Objective

After completing the course, you will be familiar with the land use planning system in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act. You know the different formula levels and how to control land use and construction at different formula levels. You are familiar with the zoning process and the chain of municipal land production with its different land acquisition methods. You know the deliveries related to real estate formation.

Content

Land Use and Building Act, town plan, master plan, provincial plan and building order. Beach construction. Construction outside the formula area. Zoning process, land formation chain, municipal land acquisition methods. Formula markings and regulations. Surveying supplies

Opinto toteutetaan lähiopetuksena.

Teaching methods

Opintojakson suorittamisen jälkeen tunnet maankäyttö- ja rakennuslain mukaisen maakäytön suunnittelujärjestelmän. Osaat kaavojen valmistelun, eri kaavatasot, tulkita niitä ja sen, miten maankäyttöä ja rakentamista ohjataan eri kaavatasoilla. Tunnet kaavoitusprosessin ja kuntien tonttituotannon ketjun eri maanhankintatapoineen. Osaat kiinteistönmuodostamiseen liittyvät toimitukset.
