Objective

You know the definitions of quality and the concepts of quality. Familiarize yourself with the principles of quality management, quality tools and quality management methods. Familiarize yourself with quality measurement methods. In the construction industry, you know the factors that affect quality. You know the principles of quality management in the construction industry. Familiarize yourself with the quality management systems, methods and instructions used in the construction industry.

Factors affecting quality in the construction industry. Principles of quality management in the construction industry.
