Content

Management 2 ECTS
Social and health environment (e.g. different structures and cultures, technology and digitalisation, megatrends)
Strategic and related management (e.g. quality work and development, knowledge identification and communal knowledge management)
Different aspects of management (e.g. ethics, dialogicism, accountability, multidisciplinary, well-being at work)
Labour law, safety and safety at work

Economics and Entrepreneurship 1 ECTS
- Economic Competence and Budgeting
- Productification, Competition and Marketing
- Entrepreneurial Competence in Social and Health

Utilization of recorded information, knowledge management 2 ECTS
- Exploitation of recorded information multiprofessionally in social and health services
- Methods of utilization of information, quality of service, continuity of care and service, statistics, research
- Information management and guidance development locally and nationally

Exam schedules

Opintojaksolla arvioidaan omaa osaamista testeillä, tehtävillä ja tenteillä, jotka voit tehdä oman aikataulun mukaisesti.
Ohjeistus tentistä ja oppimistehtävistä löytyy moodlesta.

Opintojakson päätteeksi suoritetaan verkkotentti. Verkkotentin arvioinnin numero on opintojaksosuorituksen numero, edellyttäen kaikkien muiden tehtävien suorituksen hyväksytyksi. Tentin voit suorittaa haluamanasi ajankohtana Moodlessa.

Varsinaisen tentin lisäksi on kaksi uusintatenttiä. Mikäli et saa tenttiä ensimmäisellä kerralla hyväksytysti suoritettua, voit uusia tentin (1. uusinta) 2. viikon kuluttua ensimmäisestä tenttikerrasta. Tarvittaessa tehdään 2.uusintakerran 2. viikon kuluttua toisesta uusintakerrasta.

Hyväksyttyä arvosanaa voi korottaa kerran.

Student workload

Aloita opintoon tutustuminen heti moodlen auettua. Opintojakson sisältää neljä eri osiota. Aikatauluta tehtävien tekeminen ja tee verkkotentti viimeistään 3.7.2024. Tällöin sinulle jää mahdollisuus tarvittaessa ainakin yhteen uusintatenttiin.
Opintojakso päättyy 31.7.2024.

Huomioithan, että tämä opintojakso on 5 op. Tämä ei korvaa aiempaa 7 op johtaminen, yrittäjyys ja talous- opintojaksoa.
Sinulla tulee olla opsin mukaiset edeltävien lukukausien teoriaopinnot ja harjoittelut suoritettuina.

Opintojaksolta voit hakea ainoastaan OSA-AHOTTIA, katso ohjeistus Moodlen johdannosta.
