Objective

You know the basics of machining. You know the most common machining methods and their possibilities and limitations. You are able to use geometric tolerance in the design of the part to be machined. You are able to take into account the effects of the forces generated during machining on the attachment of the part and the duration of the blades. You are able to select and calculate cutting values for the part to be machined. After completing the course, you are able to design the parts to be machined and the documents needed to manufacture the parts with CAD software.

Content

- ISO GPS standards and general tolerance standards for machined parts
