Teaching methods
Automation project course autumn 2024:
- Intensive implementation as contact teaching on site in a computer classroom (lectures are also recorded in the Moodle environment for self-study)
- Educational content: theory-oriented part of robotization solutions in mechanical engineering (measurement, assembly and welding) and building your own Roboguide simulation as a
practice- Student exercise (personal, reportable): Building a roboguide simulation based on a robot cell in Karelia's laboratory facilities (robot positioning, grippers, cameras, picking from a stage, assembling an example product, etc.)
- Demos on the use of Karelian Fanuc robot cell
Participation in lectures and exercises (class 046) recommended, doing a programming exercise without participation is very difficult
- Review passed/failed based on assignment submitted by the student (Building a roboguide simulation model for a demo product)
- Group division if necessary, typically only one common group
