Objective

- You will be able to plan, implement, and evaluate your own patient care under supervision during your training
- You will be able to support patients in self-care and health-promoting choices
- You will be able to document your work in a structured manner in accordance with the nursing process
- You will be able to implement safe medication and fluid therapy under supervision
- You will be able to apply the principles of aseptic working in all your activities and practice infection control
- You will be able to apply the principles of patient safety in your own nursing work and in the use of medical equipment
- You will be able to work in cooperation with patients, their families, and representatives of different care environments in a way that promotes the overall care of the patient
- You will understand the importance of multidisciplinary teamwork in the overall care of the patient

Clinical training in the training unit

Before starting the training:
• Practical Training 1-3 completed
• Pharmaceutical Calculations 1-3 completed
• Medical Nursing 5 ECT completed
• Anatomy and Physiology 1 (3 ECT) and Anatomy and Physiology 2 (2 ECT) completed
• Prevention, Control and Treatment of Infections 1 ECT completed
• Perioperative Nursing 6 ECT must have been started
