- you can plan your own time management and prioritize things to make progress at your studies
- you are able to give supportive feedback

Content

Appraisals
Evaluation of the own professional skills and making the own skills viable, matters that have to be developed
Organisation of company visits and active participation in company visits or following of guest lectures
Study well-being
Development discussions and updating of the individual study plan (ISP)

Luennot ja annetut tehtävät 15 h, kehityskeskustelu ja HOPSin päivitys 4 h, oman osaamisen ja kehittymisen arviointi 8 h

Hyväksytyn suorituksen kriteerit:
Opintojakso arvioidaan oppitunneille, infoihin ja vierailuihin osallistumisen, kehityskeskustelussa käymisen ja henkilökohtaisen opiskelusuunnitelman tekemisen perusteella. Tämän lisäksi annetut tehtävät tulee olla hyväksytysti suoritettuna ajallaan.
