Objective

During the course you learn the key elements of successful project planning and you plan how to carry a project from an idea to the conclusion. You understand the process, techniques, methods and tools in leading and running projects effectively. You are able to create a project plan in a project team and work as an active member of a project team. You learn skills in managing projects professionally.

Location and time

- Group A and B: lectures and workshops on campus
- Group D: lectures online (same Teams -link during all lectures)
Follow your group's schedule (A, B or D) during all lectures, it is not allowed to change to another group.

As part of the course, you will conduct a project plan with a team of students. On campus students will formulate own teams and online students own teams.
