Objective
During the course you familiarise with different social media channels and Google in marketing perspective. You can set goals to marketing campaigns and choose right channels to achieve the goals. You learn the main tools and marketing channels (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Google and SEO) and you are able to apply them in implementing digital marketing activities. This course is a continuation for the course of Customer insight and Customer Experience (3 cr) in this same module.

- Search engine optimisation and marketing (Google, GoogleAd, SEO)
- Marketing in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
- Social selling
- Inbound + Outbound = Smartbound

- Planning a digital marketing campaign and measuring the results
