Objective
You know different types of remote work and its strengths and weaknesses. You know how to work remotely and you are capable of leading distance work. You know how to identify risk factors in distance work and remove them as well as make the organization more efficient by applying opportunities of distance leadership.
Content
Different types of distance work and distance leadership, part-time and due-date distance work, multilocation work, distance work abroad, self management as capability of distance work, boundaries of working life and private life in distance work, management of people from distance, distance work contract, SWOT of distance work, ergonomics in distance work.
