Objective
After completing the course, you will be able to:
- Conduct the background analyses needed for an organization's strategic planning and create a strategic plan.
- Monitor the implementation of the plan and collect evaluation data for further development of the plan.
- Develop the strategy in line with defined values and ethically acceptable principles, taking into account diverse customers and a comprehensive approach to customer thinking.
- Lead the organization using the strategic plan and renew the strategy with a customer-oriented approach, anticipating future customer needs.
- Serve on the organization's board.
