Objective
The student is able to describe the structure of association activities, lead their own work and that of others in a position of trust, and manage their area of responsibility. They are familiar with Karelia’s rules and guidelines relevant to their role in association work.
Content
The course is based on practical involvement in the board of a student union committee or a student association operating at Karelia. The student participates in meetings, planning, event organization, and other association activities. The course is carried out in cooperation with the Student Union POKA.
