Endurance Training 2 ECTS
Content: Assessment of endurance qualities and fundamentals of therapeutic exercise

Joint Mobility 4 ECTS
Assessment of mobility qualities and fundamentals of therapy, basics of manual therapy (soft tissue and joint mobilizations)

Postural Control and Balance 2 ECTS
Assessment of posture, movement control and balance, and fundamentals of therapy (movement coordination, motor control, movement control, proprioception), assessment of balance and fundamentals of therapy

Strength Training 2 ECTS
Assessment of muscle function and strength qualities and fundamentals of therapeutic exercise

Basic Movement Patterns 1 ECTS
Assessment of basic movement
