- You can explain the effects of age-related changes on pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
- You can describe the specific issues of polypharmacy and medicine compatibility in the context of pharmacotherapy in older people.
- You can describe the principles of comprehensive assessment of pharmacotherapy in older people and multidisciplinary cooperation.
- You know how to implement and evaluate safe pharmacotherapy in older people in accordance with the responsibilities of your own role as an elderly care professional (Bachelor of Applied Gerontology).
- You can describe and find solutions for the implementation of safe pharmacotherapy in older people in different settings.
- You know how to guide and support older people and their next-of-kin in the implementation and adherence to pharmacotherapy.
