Objective

You are able to use Swedish language to communicate orally and in writing in working life situations, for example in negotiations and meetings. You manage documents related to meetings and negotiations in Swedish. You can the language needed in telephoning and in customer service. You are aware of cultural differences in working life situations. You are able to use forestry related literature to increase your professional knowledge.

Teaching methods

You know how to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish while working. You are able to write documents used in working life and are able to participate in meetings and negotiations in Swedish. You know how to deal with clients on the phone and through email. You are aware of the features in Swedish culture. You can find relevant information by using different sources.
